OUR STORY

PNW Artisan Boards was founded by husband-and-wife team Jessica and Tyler, a duo who have spent over 20 years building a life together—and now, a business of their own. Between college, careers, and raising kids, the idea of owning a company together lived quietly in the background. It wasn’t until the summer of 2024, when we relocated from Arizona to Oregon to be closer to family, that the timing finally felt right. With a fresh start and a clear sense of purpose, we officially opened PNW Artisan Boards in January 2025.

At the end of long, demanding work days, charcuterie became our favorite way to slow down and reconnect. Unlike traditional plated meals, it offered flexibility, variety, and togetherness—no matter our mood or cravings, we could curate our own perfect bite, mixing sweet, salty, creamy, spicy, and crunchy elements. It was a shared experience that allowed each of us to enjoy something personal while connecting over conversation. These simple, guilt-free indulgent meals became our ritual: a moment to pause, savor, and enjoy each other’s company. That philosophy—creating spaces for connection, choice, and joy—is at the heart of every PNW Artisan Boards experience.
